• Transfer finalized loan data to the core accounting system and ensure consistency.
• Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve them.
• Review manually processed loan payments and handle special instructions.
• Review exception and reconciliation reports for the loan portfolio and correct data issues.
• Coordinate promotional mailing programs and ensure timely execution.
• Update rate index values in loan documentation software weekly to reflect rate changes.
