Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Loan Processor to perform clerical duties for consumer and commercial loans in line with our Loan Processing Department guidelines and policies.

You will review loan packages, prepare closing documents using nCino and TruStage, and process less complex transactions while staying current with underwriting and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years banking experience (loan related preferred).
• Laser Pro and IBS Core System experience helpful.
• Proficiency with bank software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage documentation software for all markets.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions.
• Reviews loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies appropriate state and federal guidelines and stays abreast of regulatory changes.
