Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a dedicated Loan Processing professional to prepare and execute clerical duties related to consumer and commercial loan processing. You will ensure accuracy in documentation, support underwriting guidelines, and manage closing packages across markets using nCino and TruStage.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about five years of banking experience, with preference for loan-related roles.

Qualifications

• Five years banking experience, loan-related preferred.
• Proficient with standard banking software and compliance.
• Capable of handling loan documentation accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepare consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage for all markets.
• Prepare less complex loan transactions.
• Review loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.
• Prepare promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Apply state and federal guidelines to loan processing functions and stay abreast of regulatory changes.
• If needed, check status of entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL).
