Job summary

Origin Bank seeks a detail-oriented Loan Processor to prepare and execute clerical duties for consumer and commercial loan processing in accordance with department guidelines.

You will review applications, prepare closing documents using nCino and TruStage, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. A high school diploma and at least five years in banking are required; Laser Pro/IBS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum five years banking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking software.
• Familiarity with nCino, TruStage, and core systems like Laser Pro/IBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepares closing documents using nCino and TruStage for all markets.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions and reviews loan applications in nCino.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies state and federal guidelines to loan processing and tracks regulatory changes.
• If needed, checks status of entities with Secretary of State.
