Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to prepare and process consumer and commercial loan documentation in accordance with our guidelines.

This role reviews loan packages, prepares closing documents using nCino and TruStage, and ensures compliance with regulatory changes while supporting a fast-paced banking environment. Strong accuracy and proficiency with MPC, IBS Core System, LaserPro, and ADP are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum five years banking experience (loan related experience preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn bank software.
• Experience with MPC, IBS, ADP or similar banking systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage documentation software for all markets.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions.
• Reviews loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies state and federal guidelines to loan processing and stays updated on regulatory changes.
• If needed, verify entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL).
