Job summary

Origin Bank in Tyler, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to prepare and execute clerical duties related to consumer and commercial loans in accordance with department guidelines. You will manage documentation, closing processes, and data accuracy across markets.

Minimum five years banking experience (loan related preferred).
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with Laser Pro and IBS Core System is helpful.

Responsibilities

Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage for all markets.
Prepares less complex loan transactions.
Reviews loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.
Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
Applies relevant state and federal guidelines to loan processing and keeps up with regulatory changes.
If needed, check status of entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL).
