Origin Bank is seeking a detail-oriented loan processor to support consumer and commercial loan processing. The role requires preparing loan packages, closing documents, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines in a fast-paced banking environment.

The candidate should have at least a GED and five years of banking experience, with familiarity in Laser Pro and IBS Core System. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum five years banking experience (loan related experience preferred); Laser Pro and IBS Core System experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage documentation software for all markets.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions.
• Reviews loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies appropriate state and federal guidelines to loan processing function and stays abreast of regulatory changes and applies information as needed.
