Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum five years banking experience (loan-related preferred).
• Laser Pro and IBS Core System experience helpful for loan processing.
• Ability to learn bank-specific software (MPC, IBS, ADP) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines.
• Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage software.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions and reviews loan applications in nCino.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies state and federal guidelines to loan processing and stays updated.
• Check status of entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL) if needed.
