Origin Bank is seeking a Loan Processor to prepare and process consumer and commercial loan packages in line with department guidelines. You will generate closing documents using nCino and TruStage, review applications, and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; banking experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Internet, Outlook, MS Word/Excel; ability to learn bank software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Prepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage software for all markets.
• Prepares less complex loan transactions.
• Reviews loan applications in nCino for information and approval.
• Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStage.
• Applies state and federal guidelines to loan processing and stays updated on regulatory changes.
• Check status of entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL) if needed.
