NightOwl Consulting seeks a Sales Assistant LP1 in a fast-paced operations environment. The role is the first point of contact for new leads, actively managing calls, intake questionnaires, and initial loan consultations. You will drive speed-to-lead and ensure accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities emphasize quick lead contact, scheduling, and multi-party coordination to keep the loan process moving smoothly. A phone-first, proactive approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with leads, clients, and partners.

• High attention to detail and superb organization.
• Fast, proactive handling of inquiries and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Contact every new lead within 4 hours of receipt, warmly and personally.
• Take intake questionnaire live on the phone with the lead.
• Schedule and confirm initial loan consultations on the calendar.
• Set 20 appointments per week for the Loan Officer.
• Confirm 100% of appointments 24 hours in advance; re-book no-shows.
• Coordinate with third parties as needed (realtors, planners, title companies, etc).
• Maintain the calendar and keep the inbox organized and up to date.
• Ensure all emails are actioned the same day and routed correctly.
