West Capital Lending, Inc. seeks a proactive Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-volume loan officer team from application through closing. Responsibilities include outbound calls, scheduling, coordinating with realtors, and guiding clients through disclosures.

Ideal candidates will have mortgage/financial services experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. Familiarity with Encompass, Calyx, Arrive, and other LO software is a plus.

Formación

• Previous mortgage or financial services experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files at once
• Familiarity with mortgage documents, underwriting conditions, and lending guidelines is a plus
• Experience with loan origination software (Encompass, Calyx, Arrive, etc.) is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Take Zoom calls with realtors to network
• Set up and structure new files/applications
• Collect and organize borrower docs
• Walk clients through disclosures and submissions
• Stay on top of conditions and work with processing/underwriting to keep files moving
• Give clients regular updates and chase outstanding items
• Help with pre-approvals, scenarios, and follow-ups
• Keep pipeline/CRM organized and make sure nothing falls through
