Job summary

LeaderOne-Jon Wells Group is seeking a Loan Partner 1 (LP1) to support a top-producing loan officer. The LP1 will handle lead management, calendar coordination, and database management while serving as the first point of contact for prospects, clients, and referral partners.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. The role emphasizes professional representation of the LO and team, with a focus on providing a seamless, wow-level experience both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: manage leads via CRM, onboard new leads, monitor lead-tracking ratios, schedule borrower appointments, generate reports.
• Calendar & Scheduling: set and confirm 100% of LO appointments, review schedules, answer calls, manage referral meetings.
• Database Management: maintain CRM cleanliness, coordinate client events, support newsletters and post-closing follow-up.
