GoRascal, INC seeks a highly organized Loan Partner 1 to support a top-producing loan officer. The LP1 acts as executive/administrative assistant, handling lead management, calendar coordination, and database upkeep while serving as the first contact for prospects, clients, and referral partners.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and lead-tracking systems.
• Ability to manage calendars and appointments efficiently.
• Professional representation of the Loan Officer and team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management and timely follow-up on new leads.
• Onboard new leads into the CRM.
• Maintain lead-tracking ratios and generate reports.
• Schedule and confirm borrower appointments.
• Coordinate client and partner events.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly lead reports.
