Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Minimum two years in customer service experience.
• Functional loan knowledge including interest calculation and loan-billing.
• Ability to handle high volume inquiries and demands.
• Detail oriented with accuracy; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan accounts and resolve issues by submitting maintenance docs.
• Process and balance loan transactions and payments.
• Analyze bank records and resolve loan requests from Customer Contact Center.
• Monitor matured loans and credit line reports and alert on issues before statements.
• Distribute route work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
