Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking dedicated Loaders to support customers and teams across checkout, loading, and order fulfillment in-store.

You will assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, maintain safe loading practices, and help ensure accurate completion of large or complex orders in Pro and Garden Center areas. Training on safety and equipment use is provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
