Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access data.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and use power equipment/store technology effectively.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Support large order fulfillment with accuracy and product quality.
• Collect carts and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
