Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to join our retail team. You will assist customers, support checkout, and help with loading and staging merchandise across the store, including large orders. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and follow Lowe’s safety policies.

The role emphasizes loading accuracy, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and participate in Pro or Garden Center areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed per department requirements.
• Communicate stock, product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures.
