Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is looking for a Loader/Garden Center role at our California location. You will support customers by locating and selecting merchandise, assist with loading, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment across Pro and Garden Center areas.

You’ll operate power equipment safely and keep the store organized while following Lowe’s policies. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks
• 6 months experience using retail tech such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise
• Assist customers with loading and carrying merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store
• Prepare and stage orders for customers and contractors
• Operate store equipment safely and follow Lowe’s safety policies
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Keep areas clean and organized in-store and parking lot
