Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Cranberry Township, PA is hiring a Loader to assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and support checkout and order fulfillment. You will pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately while using power equipment safely to move items and maintain stock.

Typical duties include handling large orders, keeping areas clean and safe, and supporting garden center and Pro loading operations with an emphasis on quick, courteous service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting data).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and maintain clean, safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed for loader roles (Pro/Garden Center).
• Communicate stock, product features, warranties, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
