Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader for in-store support in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on helping customers, loading merchandise, and supporting Pro and Garden Center operations.

You will handle order fulfillment, staging, and safe loading practices while maintaining high standards of store safety and service. Ideal candidates have related experience, basic computer and retail tech skills, and a willingness to learn power equipment safety.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed across departments
• Communicate stock, product features, warranties, and Lowe’s program information to customers and employees
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures and use of safety devices
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Support Pro customers loading area through order completion etc.
• Assist Garden Center customers with loading orders and ensure readiness for pickup
