Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support customers and contractors in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will assist with locating and loading merchandise, support checkout and fulfillment, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.

You will operate various store equipment, maintain stock levels, and promptly report safety hazards. Prior loading or loader experience is preferred, with a focus on safe, efficient service in a busy home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
