Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate at the Cranberry Township, PA location. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, using handheld tech and equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will assist customers, answer questions, and connect with the right associates as needed. Certification in powered equipment is required, with training provided if not yet certified.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology.
• Powered Equipment Certification required: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing to associates as needed.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
