Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loader to assist customers, help locate and move merchandise, and support daily store operations at our Lansdale, PA location. You will load customer vehicles, handle large orders, and ensure safety and accuracy while delivering great service.

Responsibilities cover assisting Pro and Garden Center areas, using store technology, restocking, and maintaining clean work areas; teamwork with the store and protection of assets is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer.
• Six months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and use power equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
