SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around our plant. You will load trucks and work with the production team to keep materials flowing.

This role offers local daily home time, overtime after 8 hours, safety training, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Qualificações

• Willingness to learn and work hard; training provided.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to speak up if something's not right.
• Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather.
• HS diploma helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement to keep concrete flowing.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with crew and production to maintain schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues for safety.
• Follow safety rules, wear protective gear, and maintain a clean, organized site.
• Keep the work area tidy to promote a safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counting to prevent stockouts.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to drive daily improvements.
• Lend a hand to teammates and take on additional tasks as needed.
