Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Loader Operator to move bulk materials with 980M/982M loaders at the plant. You will perform routine maintenance, pre-shift inspections, and ensure safe operation while coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school / GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, start engine, shift gears, and move material to and from sites.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning.
• Inspect batch plant and conveyer belts for proper function.
• Maintain communications with supervisors and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
