Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to feed our plants by moving bulk aggregates from stockpiles into the portable plant’s bins at the Hubbard, TX site. You will operate heavy equipment, perform pre-shift checks, and ensure material integrity while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2 years of related experience, and strong mechanical aptitude with a solid knowledge of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy bulk aggregates from stockpiles into plant bins.
• Operate loader and related heavy equipment with awareness of crew and trucks.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain material integrity to prevent cross-contamination and stockpile segregation.
• Document delivery tickets and support health, safety, and environmental policies.
