Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to join our North America team in Colorado. You will operate 980M/982M loaders, perform routine maintenance, and support plant operations with safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of loader experience, a solid safety record, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader: start engine, drive, dump material, and tilt bucket.
• Perform routine maintenance: lubricating, fueling, cleaning.
• Maintain communications with supervisors and customers.
• Conduct Pre-Shift inspections of batch plant.
• Inspect belts, gates, belts and drive systems daily.
