Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to operate 980M/982M loaders and move bulk materials at our U.S. site, supporting batch plant operations and site logistics. The role requires careful pre-shift inspections, routine maintenance, safety compliance, and clear communication with supervisors. A high school diploma and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus. Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and move bulk materials as directed.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and customers.
• Inspect and maintain plant equipment (gates, belts, rollers).
• Keep work areas clean and secure tools after use.
• Assist with batch plant operations and safety compliance.
