Qualifications
12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
Experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
Proven safety record.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or GED.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Responsibilities
Operate loader and move bulk materials as directed.
Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors and customers.
Inspect and maintain plant equipment (gates, belts, rollers).
Keep work areas clean and secure tools after use.
Assist with batch plant operations and safety compliance.
