Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator in Glendale, AZ to operate a rubber-tired loader and move bulk materials at the batch plant. You will perform pre-shift inspections, routine maintenance, and support site operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year loader experience with heavy equipment, safety-conscious habits, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year loader operator experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and a proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight or articulated loader to move bulk materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain clear communications with supervisors and customers.
• Keep the batch plant area clean and organized.
• Assist with daily start-up and shutdown procedures.
