Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to operate 980M/982M loaders at our plant facility. Travel to other facilities will be required as part of the role.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, assist with routine maintenance, and help keep the batch plant area clean and safe, with emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. Qualified candidates will have 12 months loader experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bilingual

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work experience in or around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school & GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 980M/982M loaders to move bulk materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and daily equipment checks.
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping of plant areas.
• Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers.
• Travel to other plants as required.
