Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations or benefits support.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office, with ability to translate technical findings into business terms.
• Experience with HCM systems and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave requests including FMLA and other leaves (LOA) and coordinate with TPAs.
• Enter LOA and STD data; process STD payments.
• Coordinate return-to-work and transitional work options with HR/Nursing.
• Review insurance premium payments for unpaid LOA and conduct daily absence audits.
• Resolve absence cases in system (ServiceNow) and meet SLAs.
