Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a detail-oriented leave and benefits specialist to support LOA management and analytics. You will handle leave requests, coordinate with TPAs, and process STD payments while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong Excel, Workday, and SAP skills. Travel 1–3 times per year, and use ServiceNow for case resolution within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel, SAP and Workday knowledge; proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication, with ability to translate technical topics for business users.
• Experience with ServiceNow and HR benefits support practices.

Responsibilities

• Support LOA management, review and process leave requests including FMLA.
• Process STD payments and coordinate with third-party administrator.
• Coordinate return-to-work options with HR and nursing stakeholders.
• Review insurance premium payments for unpaid LOA and run absence audits.
• Resolve absence cases through ServiceNow within SLAs.
