Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate CNAs/LNAs/PACs to join our dedicated team in Rye, NH. Evening and night shifts available with $20-$21.25 per hour pay. The role focuses on delivering care in a warm, home-like setting for our residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and providing emotional support. Prior nursing home experience is preferred, dementia experience is welcome, and company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/LNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

• Document and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

As a LNA / PCA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA / PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
