Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Rye is hiring CNAs, HHAs and caregivers to support residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with ADLs, document care, and engage residents with meaningful activities.

We offer shifts 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a, with pay rates of $20-21.25/hr. Benefits include paid training, health, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for a LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
