Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs to join our team. Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, home-like environment, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, reporting changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support. CNA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available.

$20-$21.25/HR

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
