Job summary

Benchmark at Rye in New Hampshire is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs to join our team. The role pays $20-$21.25 per hour for a 2p-10p shift, delivering care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and report changes to staff.

Experience with dementia is preferred. CNA/HHA/LNA license is preferred; PCA training is available. Benchmarks include paid training, benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
