Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate LNA/PCA/experienced caregivers to join our team. The role offers hourly pay in the range of $20–$21.25 with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support. Prior CNA/HHA/LNA certification is preferred, with PCA training available if needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize strong customer service to ensure residents receive compassionate care

Skills

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
