Job summary

A leading assisted living community in Rye, New Hampshire, is looking for dedicated LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to provide compassionate care to residents. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. The role offers competitive hourly rates of $20-21.25 and a variety of benefits, including holiday pay, a discounted meal program, and a 401k plan. Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience with people with dementia is desired.

Benchmark is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
