Job summary

A senior living community in Rye, NH is seeking LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to provide compassionate care for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting resident care, and engaging residents in meaningful interactions. Ideal candidates will possess a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience, with preference for those experienced in skilled nursing or dementia care. The position offers rates of $20-21.25 per hour and various benefits including paid training, health insurance, and a 401k plan.

Days 6a-2p • Evenings 2p-10p • Nights 10p-6a
Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
