Job summary

Benchmark Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate LNA to join our team in Nashua, NH. This part-time role offers shifts across days, evenings, and nights with a pay range of $19.50-$20.25 per hour.

The primary duty is delivering care in a warm, home-like environment to our residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Document care and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high quality care.

Nashua Crossings is looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! Part Time Opportunities on All Shifts Days 6a-2p; Evenings 2p-10p; Nights 10p-6a $19.50-$20.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
