Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Walpole, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver person-centered care in a warm, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior experience in skilled nursing or dementia care is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits are available.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
