Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Bedford Falls in New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant for the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. You will provide direct resident care in a warm, home-like environment and document changes in health or behavior for the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a PCA/HHA/LNA license, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living and dementia care. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered to qualifying associates.

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure compassionate, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
