Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Part Time caregiver. You will deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting, supporting daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and ongoing communication with staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care. Prior dementia care is a plus, with a focus on respectful, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
