Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our memory care and assisted living team. The LNA will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting residents with daily activities and health needs.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required.
• PCA certification provided.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and communicate changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our memory care and assisted living team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid LNA license required
• PCA certification (provided)
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
