Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Bedford Falls location seeks a compassionate LNA/Experienced Caregiver to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like memory care and assisted living setting.

Openings are full-time for 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. You will assist with ADLs, document care, and support residents with meaningful activities while working as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required.
• PCA certification provided.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA/Experienced Cargivers to join our memory care and assisted living team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Experienced Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
  

Requirements

• Valid LNA license required
• PCA certification (provided)
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
