Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care and assisted living team. The role focuses on delivering warm, resident-centered care in a home-like setting and supports daily living activities for residents.

This full-time position runs 7 am to 3 pm. The team values empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff, with opportunities for training and growth within our Bedford

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required
• PCA certification (provided)
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our memory care and assisted living team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
