Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Centerville, MA team. You will deliver thoughtful care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health changes.

Responsibilities include documenting care, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality care. Prior dementia care experience is preferred, and a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
