Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Concord, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team full-time on all shifts. The LNA will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with activities of daily living and providing emotional support to residents.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, documentation, and teamwork to ensure high-quality resident experiences. Training is provided if not certified, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required; training provided if not certified.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in health or behavior
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team, full time all shifts! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
