Job summary

State of Georgia is seeking a Training Coordinator in the Office of Technical Education to lead LMS training initiatives and develop an annual, multi-modal training program for faculty and staff.

The role partners across 22 technical colleges and the System Office to ensure consistent, high-quality digital instruction, and requires strong facilitation, ADDIE knowledge, and LMS administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related work experience; degree may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with andragogy and strong customer service/helpdesk background is a plus.
• Learning Management System Administration experience (Anthology, Canvas, D2L) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver systemwide LMS training and build an annual training schedule.
• Coordinate training efforts across 22 technical colleges and System Office.
• Develop training materials and guides and deliver high-impact sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Respond to training-related helpdesk inquiries and manage vendor relationships.
