Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field.
• 1 year of end‑user tech support experience for web apps (LMS, help desk) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for LMS and instructional tech; document steps and resolutions.
• Escalate issues to vendors or IT as needed; communicate status and workarounds.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for faculty and students.
• Support online testing and proctoring; assist with readiness checks and setup.
